Terms of Service

Contacting me for commission work, whether through a Form or Email/DM, means you agree to the following Terms and Conditions as listed.Payments
I send invoices via Stripe. I will draw a sketch and make sure you approve of it, then require full payment before finishing. In the case that I cannot finish your commission for any reason, I will offer a partial refund depending on the stage I had to cancel at. If I require additional funds for shipping, that will later be invoiced separately.Revisions
I will check in at each step for approval and if I have any questions regarding drawing your character! Asking for adjustments at each step is okay. As I'll be updating regularly, I will not be making edits to the previous step once it's approved. For example, if I'm currently shading your commission, I will not make any lineart edits.
If I don't reach out for a while, you are free (and encouraged) to reach out to me for updates.Ownership/Crediting
You may only use your commission for personal use or to give away (AKA please do not resell these). You may make light edits to your art to use it as a profile picture/banner/display/etc. DO NOT USE MY ART FOR GENERATIVE AI TRAINING OR PUT IT THROUGH ANY FILTERS. If posting on social media, credit is not required but it is appreciated! I may post it to social media myself but if you're not okay with this, let me know.Art made for commercial use will cost extra - this is something we can discuss further if you're in need of it.Contact
